1. Acceptance
By using InoVision AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
InoVision AI provides AI-assisted transcription, summarization, and structured-output generation from audio recordings you or your organization provide, along with related integrations into your CRM, ERP, or internal systems.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to use the Service to record or process conversations without the consent required by applicable law, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and outputs generated for your organization. You grant us a limited right to process this content solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated output
Transcripts, summaries, and other outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review AI-generated output before relying on it for clinical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InoVision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
