Who we are
InoVision AI is a product of InoVision, providing AI-powered transcription and summarization of meetings and calls for Sales, Healthcare, and Education & Research teams. For any privacy question or request, contact info@inovision.space.
What we collect
- Audio recordings that you or your organization capture through InoVision AI.
- The transcripts, summaries, and structured outputs (e.g. CRM notes, SOAP notes, study materials) generated from those recordings.
- Account and contact details you provide — such as name, work email, and company — when you request a demo or contact us through this site.
How we use it
We use this data solely to generate the transcripts, summaries, and structured outputs you request, to operate and improve InoVision AI, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your data.
AI processing & subprocessors
Transcription and summarization are performed via the API of established AI providers (such as Anthropic) under their standard enterprise/API data-processing terms. Content submitted through these APIs is not used to train their public models.
Data retention & your controls
Recordings and transcripts stay within your organization's own account. Any recording can be marked private to exclude it from shared team views. Data is retained only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@inovision.space — we aim to respond within one month.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location and referring site). It is not used to personally identify you, and IP addresses are anonymized. Google Analytics only runs after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — you can decline it, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. Declining has no effect on using the site.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to recordings, transcripts, and summaries is restricted to authorized members of your organization's own account structure.
